Create a fun and festive Halloween treat with these easy-to-make Witch's Hat cookies, perfect for parties, classroom snacks, or a spooky dessert spread.

Ingredients

Circle Cookies with a Chocolate Bottom
Hershey’s Kisses
Frosting
Foodcoloring
Frosting Syringe

Directions

Place a small amount of white frosting in a bowl. Add orange food coloring until it reaches desired color.
Fill frosting syringe with orange frosting.
Place the chocolate cookie on a plate with chocolate side up. See picture.
Using the frosting syringe, pipe a circle of orange frosting around the circle about the same diameter of the base of the Hershey’s Kiss.
Peel foil off the Hershey’s Kiss and place kiss onto the orange frosting.
