A: Sign up for a Merchant Account by adding your business. Once you register you will be able to advertise your business through the appropriate level and have the opportunity to add additional time advertising above that which your subscription allows for.

User Subscriptions

A: Subscribers enjoy exclusive access to the Subscriber Dashboard, offering enhanced functionality in managing profiles, favorites, coupons, events, and jobs. Non-subscribers have limited access to basic content.  See here for all Subscriber Benefits .

A: Go to your Subscriber Dashboard and click on "Manage Account."

Merchant Subscriptions

A: Yes.  Each unique subscription has the opportunity to purchase more than one listing via the Merchant Dashboard.

A: Yes.  You may add subscriptions to your account via your Merchant Dashboard.

A: Yes.  You may add subscriptions to your account via your Merchant Dashboard.

A: You can cancel a listing or subscription levels at any time. Note that refunds for monies paid will not be issued.  You may choose to cancel immediately or you may choose the option to discontinue upon your anniversary date. See your Merchant Dashboard.

A. Parent Living Plus utilizes Stripe for its payment processing. We do not store any of your personal payment information outside of the token issued by Stripe to process payments.

Community Partner Subscriptions

A: Analytics are provided on the Community Partner Dashboard.

A: Yes.  While this is not an option under the Community Partner account, you may establish a Merchant account that will allow you to have all of the Merchant Benefits including advertising an event, posting a job and being included in our Directory.

A: As a Community Partner you may utilize the Parent Living +Plus logo or branding in your promotional materials.  We also provide co-branded fundraising material for your use which can be accessed via the Community Partner Dashboard.
