HEALTHY CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BALLS
INGREDIENTS1 cup rolled oats½ cup cocoa powder¼ cup honey/or maple syrup¼ cup peanut butter or any¼ cup applesauce1 tsp vanilla2 tbsp flaxseeds/or chia INSTRUCTIONSIn a large bowl, whisk together both the dry and wet ingredients.Mix ingredients together in the bowl.Spoon up a small amount to hand roll into a ball.Enjoy your yummies they are ready to grab-go-eat!

CHOCOLATE & CARAMEL DIPPED APPLE SLICES
INGREDIENTS6 large apples18 lollipop sticks*1 batch 15-minute caramel16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate1 cup orange colored candy meltsA pastry bag or freezer zip bag INSTRUCTIONSPrepare PansLine two baking sheets with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.Prepare Caramel & Slice ApplesWhile the caramel is cooking, slice the ends off each apple, then cut into thirds (cross-sections). Insert a stick and arrange on the prepared sheet pans.Dip in CaramelAllow caramel to cool in the bowl it was cooked in for 7 minutes. Dip apple slices one at a time, shaking off excess before placing on the sheet pan. Repeat with the second tray. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.Dip in ChocolateWhile the caramel is setting, melt the semi-sweet chocolate. Once caramel is set, dip each slice in chocolate, shake off excess, then place on the sheet pan. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.Decorate with Candy MeltsMelt orange candy melts and place in a pastry or freezer zip bag with a small hole snipped in the tip. Drizzle over the apples and refrigerate until candy is set. Tip: If caramel is too hot, the candy will spread rapidly. Caramel at the right temperature will spread only slightly.

IngredientsCircle Cookies with a Chocolate BottomHershey’s KissesFrostingFoodcoloringFrosting SyringeDirectionsPlace a small amount of white frosting in a bowl.  Add orange food coloring until it reaches desired color.Fill frosting syringe with orange frosting.Place the chocolate cookie on a plate with chocolate side up.  See picture.Using the frosting syringe, pipe a circle of orange frosting around the circle about the same diameter of the base of the Hershey’s Kiss.Peel foil off the Hershey’s Kiss and place kiss onto the orange frosting.

CANDY CORN WREATH
Materials10 Inch Styrofoam WreathFoam BrushBlack Acrylic PaintGlue GunCandy CornsOrange Ribbon InstructionsUsing the foam brush, paint entire surface of the wreath with black acrylic paint.  Allow to dry.Glue candy corns onto wreath using the glue gun.  We laid down a long strip of hot glue and added candy corns in a circle around the entire wreath.  Then we did another row.  See picture to show how we alternated directions. Allow all the glue to dry.Tie orange bow onto wreath.

FALL LEAVES RICE KRISPIE TREATS
INGREDIENTS Wilton food coloring:  burgandy, orange, moss green and brown Butter Rice Krispie cereal Mini marshmallows Leaf cookie cutter  DIRECTIONS Do the following for each color of leaf you are going to make: Melt 3 Tablespoons of butter in a medium pan on medium heat. Add 3 cups of Mini Marshmallows and stir them until they are melted. Add 3-4 drops of food coloring and stir until completely mixed. Add 3 cups of Rice Krispie cereal and mix until the Rice Krispie cereal is covered with the marshmallow mixture. Press the Rice Krispie Treat mixture into a lightly buttered cookie sheet. Cut out the Fall Leaves Rice Krispie Treats with a leaf  cookie cutter.It just takes a little food coloring to turn something  yummy into something yummy and beautiful.
