Join the community Gentle Yoga Flow on Mondays starting at 5:30 pm in the meeting room of the library. No pre-registration is needed. This Yoga offering by Linda is with gentle, slow movements with intention while connecting focus on breath with movement. 20 minutes on hands and knee’s, 20 minutes on bottoms and the rest on the back inhaling to lift and lengthen the body, exhaling to release any tightness finding comfort, peace and rest in the body.
